Abstract

msila embody aliving example of the religious intellectual values with the demands of modern life despite facing various material and cultural challenges. The study concludes with a set of recommendation aimed at strengthening the status of this group and encouraging the status oh this group and encouraging relevant institutions to support their mission. This fieldbased report explores the phenomenon of quran reciters in the city of msila,portraying them as key religious figures who carry an educational and spiritual mission deeply rooted in the local community. The main objective of this study is to highlight the social cultural and religious dimensions surrounding this group,while examining their learning paths styles of recitation and their role within the social fabric. The methodology employed follows a descriptive and analytical approach supported by direct observation and qualitative interviews conducted with a selected number of reciters. The findings reveal that quran reciters in تتناول هذه الدراسةالربورتاج حول ظاهرة قرّاء القرآن الكريم في مدينة المسيلة باعتبارهم فاعلين دينيين يحملون رسالة تربوية وروحية تتجذر في عمق المجتمع المحلي. يهدف هذا العمل إلى إبراز الأبعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية والدينية التي تحيط بهذه الفئة، مع تسليط الضوء على مساراتهم التعليمية، وأساليب أدائهم ومكانتهم داخل النسيج المجتمعي. وقد تم الاعتماد على نهج وصفي التحليلي مدعوم بالملاحظة المباشرة والمقابلات النوعية مع عدد من القرّاء، من أجل جمع معطيات دقيقة وواقعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قرّاء القرآن في المسيلة يمثلون نموذجا حيا للمثقف الديني الذي يوازن بين الحفاظ على القيم التقليدية والانفتاح على مستجدات العصر، رغم مايواجهونه من تحديات مادية وثقافية. ويختتم البحث بتوصيات تهدف إلى تعزيز مكانة هذه الفئة وتحفيز الجهات المعنية على دعمها وتوفير الأطر المناسبة لمواصلة رسالتها.
