Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة " PTSD" لدى المراهقين مبتوري الأطراف بأبعادهالثلاث (استعادة الخبرة الصادمة، تجنب الخبرة الصادمة، الاستثارة)، باستخدام المقابلة نصف الموجهة ومقياس اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدافيدسون، تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي بتقنية دراسة الحالة على عينة قدرها ثلاث حالات اختيرت بطريقة قصدية. أسفرت النتائج عما يلي: - يعاني المراهق مبتور الأطراف أعراض مرتفعة في استعادة الخبرة الصادمة. - يعاني المراهق مبتور الأطراف من أعراض مرتفعة في تجنب الخبرة الصادمة. - يعاني المراهق مبتور الأطراف من أعراض مرتفعة في الاستثارة. الكلمات المفتاحية: اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة PTSD، المراهقين، البتر. Abstract: The study aimed to detect post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among innovative amputee youth in three dimensions (recovering confrontational experience, avoiding traumatic experience, arousal), by stopping work and measuring Davidson’s PTSD, relying on clinical models. The modern case study is based on three cases that were selected intentionally from the community.
