Amid the rapid digital transformations in the logistics sector, developing smart delivery platforms has become a strategic choice to overcome the limitations of traditional delivery systems and enhance efficiency in shipping operations. Parcel delivery is among the fastest-growing sectors in Algeria, aiming to meet the increasing demand for e-commerce services and create employment opportunities for youth, thereby supporting the local economy and promoting social inclusion. This study aims to analyze the current state of the delivery sector in Algeria and design an integrated information platform called "Zaki Express", using a systems analysis and design methodology with UML diagrams to identify roles, functions, and order processing workflows. The study resulted in proposing a digital parcel delivery platform built on modern technologies including Node.js, React.js, MySQL, and Socket.io. The platform enables customers and merchants to create shipping orders electronically, while providing supervisors and office managers with effective tools to track orders, analyze performance, and monitor operations in real time. The proposed system contributes to simplifying logistics procedures, improving shipment processing efficiency, and generating income opportunities for workers, supporting the digital transformation of the services sector in Algeria.
