Abstract

يهدف مشروع مؤسسة "السند" (المسيلة) إلى تقديم منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات النفسية والتمكينية موجهة أساساً للنساء المطلقات وضحايا العنف الأسري، وتشمل: العلاج النفسي الفردي والجماعي (بروتوكولات CBT)، الخط الساخن للمساندة الفورية، الاستشارات عن بعد (Tele-psychology)، إضافة إلى ورشات تمكين اجتماعي واقتصادي، وحزم تدريبية مدفوعة موجهة للمؤسسات والشركات (B2B) لضمان استدامة مالية.جاء اختيار الفكرة استجابةً لتزايد حالات الطلاق والعنف الأسري محلياً، ونقص المرافقة النفسية المستمرة والممنهجة في المراكز العمومية. يدير المشروع أخصائية نفسانية عيادية (ماستر 2) بدعم فريق مساعد وشبكة شركاء (طبيب، مستشار قانوني، حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية).مالياً، يُقدَّر الاستثمار الإجمالي بـ 1,570,000 دج، ويحقق المشروع رقم أعمال يبلغ 2,700,000 دج في السنة الأولى يرتفع إلى 4,900,000 دج في السنة الثالثة، بصافي دخل يتطور من 875,940 دج إلى 2,742,027 دج، ونمو سنوي في رقم الأعمال يتراوح بين 32% و37%، مما يعكس جدوى اقتصادية قوية ونموذجاً استثمارياً ذا أثر اجتماعي مستدام. The "Al-Sanad" project (M'Sila) offers an integrated system of psychological and empowerment services primarily targeting divorced women and survivors of domestic violence, including individual and group therapy (CBT protocols), an emergency support hotline, remote consultations (tele-psychology), plus social and economic empowerment workshops and paid corporate training packages (B2B) to ensure financial sustainability.The idea responds to rising local rates of divorce and domestic violence, and the lack of continuous, structured psychological follow-up within public centers. The project is led by a licensed clinical psychologist (Master's degree) supported by an assistant team and a partner network (physician, legal advisor, university business incubator).Financially, total investment is estimated at 1,570,000 DZD, with first-year revenue of 2,700,000 DZD rising to 4,900,000 DZD by year three, and net income growing from 875,940 DZD to 2,742,027 DZD, with annual revenue growth of 32–37% — reflecting strong economic viability and a socially impactful, sustainable investment model.
