التحول نحو الاستدامة نموذج تطوير حي سكني قائم إلى ايكولوجي ـ دراسة حالة حي 600 مسكن بالمسيلة

Abstract

يأخذ موضوع الاحياء البيئية مكان الصدارة في اهتمامات الدول المتقدمة، كما أنها تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على الناحية التنموية للبلاد، وتعتبر الأحياء الإيكولوجية من انجح الاساليب المنتهدة من قبل الدول في مجال العمران حيث تلبي احتياجات الفرد داخل الحي، بالاعتماد على معايير التقييم، إضافة إلى توفير الرفاهية لكن مع مراعاة حق الأجيال القادمة والمحافظة على البيئة فهي تتماشى مع مبادئ التنمية المستدامة . اخترنا حي 600 مسكن لمواقعه الاستراتيجي بمحاذاة الطريق الوطني رقم 60 المتمركز داخل النسيج الحضري حيث يحتل وسط المدينة، محاطا بمجموعة من التجهيزات الريئيسية. أشارت نتائج بحثنا إلى أن الحي الحضري يعاني من مجموعة من المشكلات البيئية والعمرانية التي أثرت سلبا على جودة الحياة والراحة الحضرية للسكان، سواء من حيث نقص المساحات الخضراء، أو ضعف استغلال الموارد الطبيعية، أو الاعتاد الكبير على الطاقات التقليدية ، إضافة إلى مشاكل التلوث والتسيير غير الفعال للنفايات ومياه الأمطار. وفي الأخير قمن بالتدخلات البيئية والعمرانية، تمثلت في إعادة تنظيم البنية التحتية، وإنشاء مساحات خضراء ومناطق ترفيهية واعتماد أنظمة لاسترجاع مياه الأمطار وتخزينها إضافة إلى ادماج الإنارة العمومية بالطاقة الشمسية وتشجيع وسائل التنقل المستدامة مثل الدراجات الهوائية والمسارات الخاصة بالمشاة.The topic of eco-urbanization is a top priority for developed countries, directly impacting their development. Eco-neighborhoods are among the most successful urban planning approaches adopted by nations, meeting the needs of individuals within the neighborhood based on established evaluation criteria. They also provide well-being while respecting the rights of future generations and preserving the environment, aligning with the principles of sustainable development. We selected the 600-unit housing complex for its strategic location along National Route 60, situated within the urban fabric and in the city center, surrounded by essential infrastructure. Our research indicated that this urban area suffers from a range of environmental and urban planning problems that have negatively impacted the quality of life and urban comfort of its residents. These problems include a lack of green spaces, underutilization of natural resources, heavy reliance on traditional energy sources, and issues of pollution and inefficient waste and stormwater management. Finally, we implemented environmental and urban planning interventions, including infrastructure reorganization, the creation of green spaces and recreational areas, the implementation of stormwater harvesting and storage systems, the integration of solar-powered public lighting, and the promotion of sustainable transportation methods such as bicycles and pedestrian walkways.
