Abstract
This study aims to design and develop an integrated digital platform for the Algerian
Company for Insurance and Reinsurance (CAAT), M'Sila branch, in order to digitize and
automate core insurance operations and overcome the limitations of currently used
traditional methods. The platform enables clients to remotely subscribe to vehicle, property,
and corporate insurance contracts, report incidents, and track compensation files in real time,
while providing dedicated workspaces for employees, experts, and administrators. The
project adopted a comprehensive analytical methodology using UML modeling, and was
technically built on an MVC architecture in PHP with a MySQL database, incorporating an
AI-powered chatbot. The results yielded a secure and scalable platform that fully automates
the contract lifecycle and claims workflow, establishing a digital model applicable at the
national level.
