Abstract

The study aims to highlight the importance of the principle of legality as one of the fundamental pillars that restricts the actions of the administration, whether in its legal or material conduct. This is ensured through a set of guarantees, most notably the precise definition of administrative competencies, the separation of powers, and judicial oversight — the latter being the most effective safeguard due to the legal and procedural protections it enjoys. The execution of administrative judicial rulings constitutes the essence of judicial oversight and the core of administrative disputes. Therefore, the legislator has given special attention to this aspect, granting the administrative judge a set of powers and mechanisms to ensure the enforcement of his decisions, thereby reinforcing the effectiveness of judicial control and upholding the rule of law.
