Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة واقع رعاية الأمومة والطفولة من حيث الخدمات المقدمة والهياكل التنظيمية المعنية بها. تركز على تحليل جودة الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية المقدمة للأمهات والأطفال، بما في ذلك الرعاية أثناء الحمل، الولادة، وفترة ما بعد الولادة، بالإضافة إلى صحة الطفل في مراحل النمو المبكرة. كما تسلط الضوء على التحديات التي تواجه هذه الخدمات، مثل نقص الموارد، ضعف التنسيق بين المؤسسات، وتفاوت التغطية الجغرافية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية البنى التحتية والأنظمة الصحية والاجتماعية الداعمة، واقتراح توصيات لتحسين الأداء وضمان استدامة الخدمات بشكل أكثر عدالة وفعالية. الكلمات المفتاحية (بالعربية): رعاية الأمومة، رعاية الطفولة، الخدمات الصحية، الخدمات الاجتماعية، تقويم الهياكل، الصحة الإنجابية، البنية التحتية، العدالة في الصحة Summary (in English): This study addresses the current state of maternal and child care in terms of provided services and organizational structures. It analyzes the quality of healthcare and social services offered to mothers and children, including prenatal, childbirth, and postnatal care, as well as child health in early developmental stages. The study also highlights challenges such as resource limitations, poor inter-institutional coordination, and unequal geographical coverage. It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of supporting infrastructures and systems, and proposes recommendations to improve performance and ensure more equitable and sustainable services.
