تأثير التعددية الإثنية على استقرار الدولة في نيجيريا

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز التحديات التي تطرحها التعددية الإثنية في إدارتها ، بالنسبة للدول التي تتميز تركيبتها المجتمعية بالتعدد والتنوع الإثني ، لما لها من تأثير قد يهدد استقرار الدولة وتفكك المجتمع ، إذا لم تستطع المجموعات الإثنية التعايش مع بعضها وبالتالي اثارة نزاعات بينها . وتعد القارة الافريقية فسيفساء من التنوع المجتمعي والتعدد الإثني الذي يميز أغلب دولها ، وتعتبر نيجيريا نموذجاً بارزاً لهذا التنوع ، لما تحويه التركيبة المجتمعية النيجيرية من خليط يزخر بالكثير من الإثنيات . وقد كان لظاهرة التعددية الإثنية كميزة للمجتمع النيجيري آثاراً سلبية كثيرة ، خاصة مع النزاعات التي حدثت بين مختلف المجموعات الإثنية ، مما جعل استقرار الدولة ووحدتها على المحك .

The study aims at highlighting the challenges posed by ethnic pluralism in its administration for countries whose societal composition is characterized by multiple and ethnic diversity, which have the potential to threaten the stability of the State and the disintegration of society if ethnic groups can not coexist and thus create conflicts between them. The African continent is a mosaic of societal diversity and multi-ethnicism that characterizes most of its countries. Nigeria is a prominent example of this diversity, because the Nigerian community structure has a mix of many ethnicities. The phenomenon of ethnic pluralism as a feature of Nigerian society has had many negative effects, particularly with conflicts between different ethnic groups, which has made the stability and unity of the State at stake.
