Abstract

تعتبر الضغوط المهنية من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه العامل في بيئة عمله، حيث يتولد عنها المطالبة بأشياء لا يستطيع العامل تحقيق الاستجابة التلقائية لها مما تظهر لديهالعديد من المظاهر كالإرهاق والإجهاد وتفشي القلق ومشاعر الإحباط والغضب والاكتئاب. كما أن مستوى الضغوط المهنية هي وليدة بيئتها؛ يحكمها قانون الزمان والمكان، فبالحديث عن تحديد مصادرها لابدمن التعرف بقرب على البيئة التنظيمية التي ينشط فيها الفرد العامل قبل الاتجاه نحو البحث عن المصدر، من هذا المنطلق سيتم إجراء الدراسة الحالية ميدانيا للتعرف أكثر على الضغط المهني وتجلياته وتقصي أهم مصادره على عينة من عاملات المؤسسة الإستشفائية سليمان عميرات القابلات بالخصوص بولاية المسيلة، حيث اتضح من خلال نوع المهام الذي يقومن بها كل عاملة انه يوجد تباين بين كمية العمل المطلوبة ، الأمر الذي شكل تباين في الجهد الذي تبذله كل عاملة ، والتي تفوق طاقتهن أحيانا. على ضوء هذا الطرح توجب طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:ما هو مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى القابلاتهل توجد فروقلدى القابلات تعزى لمتغير السنولمتغير الخبرة تهدفهذهالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىمستوىالضغوطالمهنيةلدىالقابلات وعلىمصادرالضغوطالمهنية علىمدىتأثيرمتغيريالسنوسنواتالخبرة محاولة الوصول إلى آليات وعلاج في ارتفاع لمستوى الضغط المهني. Abstract : Professional pressures are considered one of the most prominent challenges facing the worker in his work environment, as they generate demands for things that the worker cannot achieve an automatic response to, which causes many manifestations such as fatigue, stress, the spread of anxiety, feelings of frustration, anger and depression. The level of professional pressures is also a product of its environment. The law of time and place governs it. When talking about identifying its sources, it is necessary to get to know closely the organizational environment in which the worker is active before heading towards searching for the source. From this standpoint, the current study will be conducted in the field to learn more about professional pressure and its manifestations and to investigate its most important sources on a sample of female workers at the Suleiman Amirat Hospital, midwives, especially in the state of M’sila, where it became clear from the type of tasks performed by each worker that there is a discrepancy between the amount of work required, which created a discrepancy in the effort exerted by each worker, which sometimes exceeds their capacity. In light of this proposal, the following main question must be asked: What is the level of professional stress among midwives? Are there differences among midwives attributed to the variable of age and the variable of experience? This study aims to identify the level of professional stress among midwives and the sources of professional stress on the extent to which the variables of age and years of experience affect, trying to reach mechanisms and treatment for the rise in the level of professional stress.
