Abstract

في ختام هذا الموضوع نستخلص أن التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل على التجارة الإلكترونية كان بالنسبة للمستهلك جوهرة لإشباع حاجته الشخصية والعائلية. حيث نجد أن التشريعات حرصت على حمايته من المخاطر الماسة به داخل تلك المواقع الإلكترونية التجارية.

Summary:

At the end of my study, I conclude that the technological development of electronic-commerce was for the consumer a source to satisfy his personal and family needs. Where we find that the legislation has been keen to protect it from the dangers afflicting it from those commercial websites.
