Abstract

من خلال البحث المقدم تحت عنوان "دور التطوير التنظيمي في تفعيل المورد البشري" دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة كوندور برج بوعريريج، أكدت الدراسة على دور التطوير التنظيمي و ركزت على المورد البشري فيه و ذلك من خلال الادارة التشاركية باعتمادها مشاركة العاملين في اتخاذ القرارات و الاتصالات الادارية باعتبارها احدى وسائل التطوير التنظيمي اضافة الى ضرورة تكيف المؤسسة مع المتغيرات الداخلية و الخارجية و وجود نظام حوافز فعال يساهم في تطوير و نجاح المؤسسة و يرفع من أداء العاملين. و في الأخير توصلت الدراسة الى الدور الهام للتطوير التنظيمي في تفعيل المورد البشري و هذا ما أثبت من خلال الدراسة الميدانية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التطوير التنظيمي، الاادارة التشاركية، الاتصالات الإدارية، البيئة الداخلية، البيئة الخارجية، نظام الحوافز. ABSTRACT Through the submitted research the role of organizational development in activation of human resource a field study at condor company at Bordj Bou Arreridj, has confirmed the role of organizational development and focused on the human resource in it and that is through the participatory management that depends on the employee participation in making decisions and administrative communication considering it one of the organizational developments tools in addition to adapting the company with the in internal and external variables and the existence of an effective incentive system that contribut in development and success of the company and increase the performance of emiloyees . In the end the study concluded to the important role of the organizational development in activation of human resource and that what was prouved through the field study.
