This study aimed to investigate the nature of the relationship betweenorganizational silence and job burnout among physicians working at Zahraoui Hospital in the province of M'Sila. It also sought to determine the levels of organizational silence and job burnout among the study sample, as well as to examine the effect of gender and professional experience on these variables.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the Organizational Silence Scale developed by Azhar Mourad Aouja (2019) and the Job Burnout Scale developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) were employed. The study was conducted on a sample of 40 physicians, using the descriptive-analytical method.
The findings revealed that the level of organizational silence among physicians was moderate, whereas the level of job burnout was relatively high. The results also indicated the absence of a statistically significant correlation between organizational silence and job burnout. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found in either organizational silence or job burnout attributable to gender. Likewise, no statistically significant differences were observed with respect to professional experience
