دور النظام المحاسبي المالي في تفعيل الشراكة الأورو-جزائرية -دراسة تحليلية-

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور النظام المحاسبي المالي في تفعيل الشراكة الأورو جزائرية من خلال الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، باعتبار هذا النظام يحمل في طياته بعض مكونات مناخ الاستثمار التي تحظى باهتمام المستثمر الأجنبي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من أن الإصلاح المحاسبي جاء ليجعل من البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية مشابهة للبيئة المحاسبية الموجودة في الاتحاد الأوروبي، محاولة جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، إلا أن الاحصائيات بينت ضعف هذه الاستثمارات، فالمشكلة لا تكمن في النظام المحاسبي المالي في حد ذاته بل بواقع الاقتصاد الجزائري ككل. Abstract: The study aims to know the role of the financial accounting system in activating the Euro-Algerian partnership through foreign direct investment, as this system carries with it some components of the investment climate that are of interest to the foreign investor. The study concluded that although the accounting reform came to make the Algerian accounting environment similar to the accounting environment in the European Union, an attempt to attract foreign direct investment, but statistics showed the weakness of these investments, the problem is not the the financial accounting system itself, but the reality of the economy Algerian as a whole. Résumé: L'étude vise à identifier le rôle du système de comptabilité financière dans l'activation du partenariat euro-algérien par l'investissement étranger direct, considérant ce système comporte certaines des composantes du climat d'investissement qui intéressent les investisseurs étrangers. L’étude a conclu que, bien que la réforme comptable ait permis de rendre l’environnement comptable algérien similaire à celui de l’Union européenne Tenter d'attirer des investissements directs étrangers, Mais les statistiques ont montré la faiblesse de ces investissements, le problème ne réside pas dans le système de comptabilité financière en soi mais la réalité de l'économie algérienne dans son ensemble
