الآثار الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و السياسية للفساد و سبل مكافحته

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعريف ظاهرة الفساد و توضيح آثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية و السياسية على مختلف دول العالم بصفة عامة و الجزائر بصفة خاصة والعوامل المؤثرة على انتشارها، مع تقديم أهم الجهود الدولية والمحلية المتخذة لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة. يعتمد هذا البحث على العديد من التقارير والدراسات الصادرة عن مختلف المنظمات الدولية التي تنشط في مجال مكافحة الفساد كصندوق النقد الدولي، البنك الدولي للإنشاء والتعمير، منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، ومنظمة الشفافية الدولية. The aim of this research is to define the phenomenon of corruption and to clarify its economic and social effects on the various countries in general and Algeria in particular and to show the factors affecting its deployment. In addition to that, the research presents the most important international and local efforts taken to combat this phenomenon. Moreover, this research is based on many reports and studies issued by various international organizations active in combating corruption, such as the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and development, the Unctad and Transparency International.
