Abstract

إن علم النفس التربوي كأحد فروع علم النفس العام قد اتجه إلى دراسة السلوك الإنساني ولكن في ميدان المؤسسات التعليمية وخاصة المدرسة، حيث يهتم بتطبيق أسس ومبادئ علم النفس في الحياة التعليمية في مختلف مراحل الدراسة، بما يؤدي إلى تحقيق أهداف التربية السليمة في ضوء البرامج والخطط الدراسية المرسومة: ومن ثم فإن أهم الموضوعات التي يعالجها علم النفس التربوي هي:  معرفة خصائص نمو الطفل والمراهق وخصائص هذا النمو في كل مرحلة من مراحله. والإفادة من هذه الخصائص في وضع البرامج والمناهج الملائمة له بحيث يكون ما تقدم له يناسب نمو مداركه وبحيث نتأكد من نضجه الكافي الذي يمكنه من فهم واستيعاب ما نريد له تعلمه.  التعرف على دوافع سلوك الأطفال ووسائل تحسين إقبالهم على الدروس بتشوق ورغبة والتخلص من العقاب والقسوة والاجبار الذي لا يأتي إلا بنتائج عكسية في أغلب الأحيان.  كيفية تنظيم الجدول من حيث تنظيم مواعيد العمل والراحة بما يضمن فعالية التلاميذ وتمتعهم بمستو عال من الانتباه.  بحث مشكلات التلاميذ النفسية سواء منها ما يتعلق بالاضطرابات السلوكية أو التأخر الدراسي التي يعجز المعلم العادي عن تفسير أسبابها.  تحليل ودراسة العلاقات الاجتماعية في المدرسة والآثار النفسية الناشئة من هذه العلاقات وانعكاساتها على العمل المدرسي مثل: علاقة المعلم بالتلميذ، وعلاقة المدير بالمعلمين، وعلاقة المدرسة بالمنزل، وتحليل العوامل الاجتماعية والنفسية التي تؤثر في سير التلميذ في المدرسة ونجاحه أو فشله في حياته التعليمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية، التعليم، التلميذ، المعلم، العملية التعليمية، المناهج، علم النفس التربوي. Summary : Educational psychology, as one of the branches of general psychology, has tended to study human behavior, but in the field of educational institutions, especially schools, where it is concerned with applying the foundations and principles of psychology in educational life at various stages of study, leading to achieving the goals of sound education in light of the established programs and study plans: Hence, the most important topics that educational psychology addresses are:  Knowing the characteristics of child and adolescent development and the characteristics of this growth at each stage. Taking advantage of these characteristics in developing appropriate programs and curricula for him, so that what is presented to him suits the growth of his awareness, and so that we ensure his sufficient maturity that enables him to understand and absorb what we want him to learn.  Identifying the motives of children’s behavior and means of improving their attendance at lessons with enthusiasm and desire, and getting rid of punishment, cruelty, and coercion, which often only produce counterproductive results.  How to organize the schedule in terms of organizing work and rest times to ensure that students are effective and have a high level of attention.  Researching students’ psychological problems, whether related to behavioral disorders or academic delay, the causes of which the ordinary teacher is unable to explain.  Analyzing and studying the social relationships in the school and the psychological effects arising from these relationships and their repercussions on school work, such as: the teacher’s relationship with the student, the principal’s relationship with the teachers, the school’s relationship with the home, and the analysis of the social and psychological factors that affect the student’s progress at school and his success or failure in his educational life.
