مؤشرات المساندة الاجتماعية والتكيف النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون دراسة لحالات بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنيا الشهيد مقران عليّ بولاية المسيلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مؤشرات المساندة الاجتماعية والتكيف النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون، والتعرف على كيفية ظهور المساندة الاجتماعية والتكيف النفسي لديهن، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عما إذا كانت المساندة الاجتماعية تساهم بشكل إيجابي في تحقيق التكيف النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون. وتحقيقًا لهذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، ومقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لإبراهيم السماد وني (1997) المكيف على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف بشير معمريه (2010)، ومقياس التكيف النفسي لأحمد عبد اللطيف أبو سعد (2011). كما تم اتباع المنهج العيادي القائم على تقنية دراسة الحالة، وشملت مجموعة الدراسة ثلاث أمهات لأطفال في وضعية متلازمة داون، تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (32–49) سنة. وأسفرت النتائج عما يلي: 1. تمثلت مؤشرات المساندة الاجتماعية والتكيف النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون في الدعم الأسري والدعم المؤسساتي، إضافة إلى التقبل والتعايش مع الطفل في وضعية متلازمة داون. 2. ظهرت المساندة الاجتماعية لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون من خلال الدعم الأسري المقدم من الزوج، الأبناء، الإخوة، الأقارب والأصدقاء، والدعم المؤسساتي المقدم من المربين والأخصائيين النفسانيين والأرطفونيين داخل المراكز المختصة. 3. ظهر التكيف النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون من خلال التقبل التدريجي لوضعية الطفل، والتعايش معه، والاستمرار في الرعاية والتكفل رغم الضغوط النفسية المرتبطة بذلك. 4. ساهمت المساندة الاجتماعية بشكل إيجابي في تحقيق التكيف النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون، من خلال مساعدتهن على مواجهة الضغوط النفسية المرتبطة بوضعية الطفل وتحقيق قدر من التوازن الانفعالي والتعايش مع الواقع. This study aimed to identify the indicators of social support and psychological adjustment among mothers of children with Down syndrome, as well as to explore how social support and psychological adjustment manifest among them. It also sought to examine whether social support contributes positively to achieving psychological adjustment among mothers of children with Down syndrome. To achieve these objectives, the study relied on a semi-structured clinical interview, the Social Support Scale developed by Ibrahim Al-Samadoni (1997) and adapted to the Algerian environment by Bashir Maamria (2010), and the Psychological Adjustment Scale developed by Ahmed Abdel Latif Abu Saad (2011). The study adopted the clinical approach using the case study technique. The study group consisted of three mothers of children with Down syndrome, whose ages ranged between 32 and 49 years. The findings revealed the following: 1- Indicators of social support and psychological adjustment among mothers of children with Down syndrome wererepresented through family support, institutional support, acceptance, and coexistence with the child with Down syndrome. 2- Social support among mothers of children with Down syndrome appeared through family support provided by husbands, children, siblings, relatives, and friends, as well as institutional support provided by educators, psychologists, and speech therapists within specialized centers. 3- Psychological adjustment among mothers of children with Down syndrome appeared through the gradual acceptance of the child’s condition, coexistence with the child, and the continuation of care and support despite the psychological pressures associated with the condition. 4- Social support contributed positively to achieving psychological adjustment among mothers of children with Down syndrome by helping them cope with psychological stress related to the child’s condition, achieve emotional balance, and adapt to reality.
