Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent of electronic administration’s contribution, as well as the digital transformation witnessed by the education sector in Algeria, in developing administrative performance and improving pedagogical performance within primary schools. the study revealed that electronic administration significantly contributes to improving administrative performance by accelerating transactions, and improving communication and coordination among various actors in the educational institution.lt also contributes to improving pedagogical performance through tracking students and enhancing communication between the administration ,teachers ,and parents. The field study concluded that the success of implementing electronic administration is linked to the necessity of providing the required technical and human capabilities, and supporting the culture of digital transformation within the educational institution
