دراسة ممرات المشاة لمدينة البويرة - دراسة حالة تقاطعات زيغود يوسف

Abstract

المشاة هم أحد أصغر وحدات النقل التي تستخدم الطريق ، إلا أن الاهتمام بهم لم يبرز كمؤشر رئيسي في علميات التخطيط والتصميم مقارنة بحركة الميكانيكية ، وقد أظهر موضوع دراستنا تركيزا عاليا على سلوكيات المشاة وكيفية مع المعابر الخاصة بهم باعتبارها أهم تجهيز يوفر بيئة آمنة ومريحة لحركة المشاة، وبترز كفاءة المعابر وأهميتها في منع تداخل حركة المشاة مع حركة المركبات ومدى احترامها للجانب السلوكي في عملية التخطيط، والتي كانت موضوع دراستنا. ومدينة البويرة تعاني من مشاكل مرورية فيما يخص معابر المشاة لذا فقد تم تخصيص ثلاث تقاطعات لدراسة وظيفة المعابر حيث تتواجد على نهج زيغود يوسف، وتم الاعتماد على الزيارات الميدانية والتصوير الفوتوغرافي والعد المروري، وأشارت النتائج أن من أهم أسباب عدم التزام بعض المشاة من السير على الممرات الخاصة بهم هو قلة الثقافة المرورية وعدم مراعات المصمم للجانب السلوكي للمشاة . ومن أهم التوصيات التي أشارت إليها الدراسة هي ضرورة دهان ممرات المشاة وصيانة الارصفة واشراك المستعمل في عملية التخطيط وتطويرها بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ القانون بصفة صارمة لتعزيز بيئة المشي.

The city of Bouira suffers from traffic problems with regard to the pedestrian crossings. Therefore, three intersections were allocated to study the function of the crossing points, which are based on the approach of Zigud Yousef, and werebased on fieldvisits, photography and traffic counting. The result sindicatedthat one of the main reasons for the lack of commitment of some pedestrians to walk on theirown corridors is the lack of traffic culture, and not to consider the designer for the be havioralside of the pedestrians. The main recommendations of the study are the need to paint pedestrian corridors and pavement maintenance and involve the user in the planning and development process in addition to the implementation of the lawstrictly to enhance the walking environment
