Conception et réalisation d’une interface Homme-Machine pour l’observation du processus de refonte d’Aluminium à ALGAL-Plus à base de l'automate (ET200S) et du logiciel TIA portal

Abstract

Dans ce projet nous proposons la conception théorique et pratique d’une interface pour l’observation de processus réel de la refonte d’aluminium. Ce dernier qui est partagé en trois parties : - Présentation de processus, - Présentation de l’outil matériels et logiciels, - Réalisation pratique de l’interface, L’automate utilisé fait le transfert des données des capteurs à l’ordinateur et les visualiser.

ABSTRACT In this project we propose the theoretical and practical design of an interface for the observation of real process of the aluminum melting. This project, which is divided in three parts: - Presentation of process, - Presentation of the materials and software used, - Practices realization of HMI, The PLC used makes the transfer of the data of the sensors to the computer and visualized.
