Abstract

أولاً: ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد مشروع مقاولاتي يتمثل في إنشاء مركز "كنف" للرعاية المرنة للأطفال حسب الطلب، يقدم خدمات رعاية وتربية للأطفال بنظام مرن يعتمد على الحجز بالساعة أو نصف اليوم، بما يتوافق مع احتياجات الأسر، وخاصة الأمهات العاملات والطالبات. ويتميز المشروع بتبني نموذج حديث يجمع بين الرعاية التربوية والتكنولوجيا الرقمية، من خلال تطبيق إلكتروني يتيح للأولياء حجز الخدمات ومتابعة أطفالهم بصورة آنية، إضافة إلى توفير بيئة آمنة تعتمد أساليب تربوية حديثة مثل منهج مونتيسوري والأنشطة التعليمية والترفيهية. اعتمدت الدراسة على إعداد دراسة جدوى شاملة تضمنت وصف فكرة المشروع، وتحليل السوق والمنافسين، وتحديد الفئة المستهدفة، وتحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية باستخدام نموذج SWOT، بالإضافة إلى تصميم نموذج العمل التجاري (BMC)، وإعداد الدراسة التقنية والمالية لتقدير تكاليف الاستثمار والإيرادات والنتائج المالية المتوقعة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشروع يتمتع بفرص نجاح واعدة نظراً لتزايد الطلب على خدمات الرعاية المرنة للأطفال، وارتفاع نسبة النساء العاملات، إضافة إلى محدودية الخدمات التي تعتمد نظام الدفع حسب الاستخدام الفعلي. كما بينت الدراسة تحقيق المشروع لمردودية مالية إيجابية، مع مساهمته في خلق فرص عمل جديدة، ودعم الاقتصاد المحلي، وتحسين جودة خدمات رعاية الطفولة المبكرة، بما يجعله مشروعاً قابلاً للتنفيذ وقادراً على تحقيق الاستدامة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية:الرعاية المرنة للأطفال، دار الحضانة، المقاولاتية، دراسة الجدوى، نموذج العمل التجاري، مونتيسوري، التحول الرقمي، تنمية الطفولة المبكرة.

Second: Abstract This study aims to develop an entrepreneurial project entitled "Kanf Flexible Childcare Center on Demand", which provides flexible childcare services through hourly or half-day bookings to meet the needs of families, particularly working mothers and university students. The project adopts an innovative model that combines high-quality childcare with digital technology by offering an electronic application that enables parents to reserve childcare services and monitor their children in real time. It also provides a safe educational environment based on modern pedagogical approaches, including the Montessori method and various educational and recreational activities. The study was based on a comprehensive feasibility analysis that included the project description, market and competitor analysis, identification of the target market, SWOT analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), as well as technical and financial studies to estimate investment costs, expected revenues, and projected financial performance. The findings indicate that the project has strong prospects for success due to the growing demand for flexible childcare services, the increasing participation of women in the labor market, and the limited availability of childcare centers operating on a pay-per-use basis. The financial analysis also demonstrated the project's economic feasibility and profitability, in addition to its contribution to job creation, support for the local economy, and improvement of early childhood care services. Consequently, the project represents a sustainable entrepreneurial initiative with promising economic and social impacts. .
