dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify the reality of health services in the Wilaya of M'sila by addressing the nature of the health service and various methods and methods of evaluating them using the Servqual model, and proposing a set of mechanisms to improve the level of these services. The results of the study showed that the Servqual model contributes to the evaluation of the level of health services through the dimensions that are focused on the members of the public hospitals in the state of Msila, which reflects their level of satisfaction, in addition to the most important mechanisms that allow to improve these services. The study presented a number of mechanisms that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by public hospitals in the state of M'sila related to improving the level of health services provided to patients.en_US
