مبــادئ وأهــداف قانون االستثمار في الجزائر

Abstract

لجأ الجزائر كغيرها من الدول حديثة االستقالل إلى تبني قانون يرص االستثمار، بهد تعزيز قدراتها الداخلية وت وير اقتصا ها لذلت انتهجت خ ة لتحقير مشاريعها التنموية، فكانت تجربة الجزائر مع قوانين االستثمار، و مدى نجاعتها وانعكاسها على خ ها التنموية مبنية على مراحل عديدة آخرها القانون الحالي 18-22 المتعلر باالستثمار. وفي هذا اةطار اعتمدنا التحليل كمنهع رئيسي للوقو على أهدا ومبا ئ قانون االستثمار الج ازئري ،18-22 و توصلنا في بحثنا إلى نتيجة أساسية هي أن الجزائر بال عل تبحث عن حلول القتصا ها الوطني من خالل استق اب المستثمر ين، لكن وجب مراعاة بعض النصوص القانونية المرتب ة بهذا القانون، على سبيل المثال قانون الضرائب وغيره. الكلمات المفتاحية: استثمار، اقتصا وطني، تنمية شاملة.

Abstract: like other newly independent countries,Algeria resorted to adopting a law related to investment, with the aim of strengthening its internal capabilities and developing its economy. so, it established a plan to achieve its development projects. Algeria’s experience with investment laws, and the extent of their effectiveness and impact on its development plans, was based on many stages, the latest of which is the current law 22-18 relating to investment. In this context, we adopted analysis as the main methodology to determine the objectives and principles of the Algerian 22-18 investment law. and in our research we reached a fundamental result, that Algeria is indeed looking for solutions for its national economy by means of attracting investors. However, some legal texts connected to this law must be taken into account, for Example: the tax law and others. Keywords: Investment, national economy, comprehensive development.
