Abstract
هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة المواصفة القياسية ونظام الإدارة البيئية iso 14001 ، ومدى الرغبة
والت ا زم المؤسسات الاقتصادية الج ا زئرية بنظام الإدارة البيئية والحصول على شهادة iso14001 ، وتنفيذ
الإج ا رءات والتدابير البيئية، إضافة إلى تحديد أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق نظم الإدارة البيئية في
المؤسسات الاقتصادية الج ا زئرية، كما توضح الد ا رسة النتائج المترتبة عن تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية
والحصول على iso14001 في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الج ا زئرية على ترشيد استهلاك الموارد الطبيعية .
طبقت الد ا رسة على ثلاثة ) 3 ( مؤسسات اقتصادية ج ا زئرية، وهي: شركة نفطال – وحدة الوادي،
الديوان الوطني للتطهي ر- وحدة الوادي، مؤسسة الأسمنت جيكا - وحدة تقرت، واستخدمت الد ا رسة أداة
الاستبيان في جمع البيانات بتوزيعها على عينة قوامها 144 مفردة موزعة على الأف ا رد العاملين
بالمؤسسات محل الد ا رسة.
وقد خلصت الد ا رسة إلى أهم النتائج الآتية:

اتجاه أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة إيجابية نحو الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية وحماية البيئة في
المؤسسات محل الد ا رسة؛

تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية وفق أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة ساهم في حماية البيئة من التلوث
والترشيد في استهلاك موارد الطبيعية والتشجيع الاستخدام العقلاني لها،بالإضافة إلى نشر الوعي
البيئي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة؛

حصول المؤسسات المدروسة على شهادة iso14001 يعتبر بمثابة فرصة لتشج يع المؤسسات
الأخرى العاملة في الج ا زئر على تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئة ؛

يساهم نظام الإدارة البيئية 4001iso1 في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال حماية البيئة ومنع
التلوث.
Description
This study aimed to examine the ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems (EMS) and to assess the willingness and commitment of Algerian economic companiess to implement the EMS, obtain ISO 14001 certification, and adopt environmental procedures and measures. Additionally, the study sought to identify the main obstacles preventing the implementation of EMS in Algerian economic companies. It further highlights the outcomes of applying EMS and achieving ISO 14001 certification, particularly in rationalizing the consumption of natural resources.
The study was conducted on three Algerian economic companies: Naftal Company – El Oued Unity, the National Sanitation Office – El Oued Unity, and the GICA Cement Company – Touggourt Uniyt. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 144 respondents consisting of employees working in the studied companies.
The study reached the following key findings:

The attitudes of the sample members were positive toward preserving natural resources and protecting the environment in the companiess under study.

Implementing the environmental management system, according to the sample members, contributed to environmental protection by reducing pollution, rationalizing the consumption of natural resources, and encouraging their sustainable use, in addition to raising environmental awareness among employees.

Obtaining ISO 14001 certification by the studied companies represents an opportunity to encourage other Algerian companiess to adopt the environmental management system.

The ISO 14001 environmental management system contributes to achieving sustainable development by protecting the environment and preventing pollution.
