Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which the use of modern electronic payment has contributed in improving the quality of banking services of commercial banks operating in Algeria. The study has been conducted through the distribution of a questionnaire to the employees of seven public and private commercial banks in three Wilayas. The sample of the study consisted of 224 employees. By using a large range of tests, it is found that there is a positive relationship between the use of modern electronic payment and the improvement of the quality banking services
