Abstract

The study aimed to determine the impact of training on the performance of budgetary control employees in the context of adopting performance-based budgeting. To address the research problem and test the hypotheses, a questionnaire was used as the primary tool to collect data and information from the study sample, which consisted of 27 budgetary control employees in the state of M'sila. The questionnaires were randomly distributed without bias. Our study relied on the descriptive approach, and among the most important findings of the study were:  There is suitable training for budgetary control employees within the framework of performance-based budgeting.  Subsequent testing of the study's sub -hypotheses revealed a statistically significant impact between training and the dimensions of budgetary control employee performance (work volume, performance quality, performance speed) in the context of adopting performance-based budgeting.  The study found a statistically significant impact of structured training within the framework of performance-based budgeting on the performance of budgetary control employees in the state of M'sila
