Abstract

تمحور هذا البحث حول النظام القانوني للتجارة الإلكترونية، التي أصبحت لها أهمية كبيرة في المعاملات ، والحياةخ الاقتصادية ، لدى الأشخاص العامة والخاصة ، بل وجميع الدول التي تسعى لمواكبة التطور العلمي المستمر ، وتطويع وتحديث تشريعاتها الخاصة بها ، لتتناسب مع العصر الجديد هو عصر التكنولوجيا الإلكترونية ، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات (المعلوماتية ) ، بما يخدم التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بين مواطنيها من خلال بحثنا حاولنا الحديث عن ماهية التجارة الالكترونية وإبرام عقودها مع تبيين الوسائل التي تستخدم كدليل إثبات في العقود الالكترونية

This research focuses on the legal system of electronic commerce, which has become of great importance in transactions, and economic life, for public and private persons, and even all countries that seek to keep pace with continuous scientific development, and to adapt and update their own legislation, to suit the new era is the era of electronic technology,Or information technology (information), in order to serve the economic and social progress among its citizens. Through our research, we tried to talk about the nature of electronic commerce and the conclusion of its contracts, with an indication of the means that are used as evidence in electronic contracts.
