Abstract

The impact of continuous development of information and communication technologies on human resource management has led to the emergence of new concepts such as electronic management of human resources, the latter has received considerable attention from academics and enterprises in all countries of the world.Through the case study methodology, the researchers selected Condor Electronics which isa leader in electronic and home appliances industry in Algeria, the study found that this enterprise adopted the applications of electronic management of human resources, like most Algerian enterprises.
