Abstract

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of information technology on the quality of work life in a health institution through a field study at the Suleiman Amirat Institution in M'Sila. The descriptive method was employed, using a questionnaire as the study tool on a sample consisting of 47 employees. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the impact of using information technology on the quality of work life at the Suleiman Amirat Institution in M'Sila. It was found that there is no statistically significant impact of the physical components on the quality of work life. However, positive results were observed for the use of software, communication networks, and databases in improving the quality of work life in the institution. Conversely, there is no impact of qualified human resources on the quality of work life
