الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين في المؤسسة الاستشفائية الزهراوي بالمسيلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمستشفى الزهراوي متوسط بمدينة المسيلة، ومعرفة ما اذ كانت هناك فروق في الصمود النفسي تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس. وسنوات الاقدمية) ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدمت الطالبة مقياس مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين، من اعداد كونر دافيدسون وترجمة محمد عصام الطلاع "2016"، وعلى عينة مكونة من (60) ممرض وممرضة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية تم توصل الى النتائج التالية: -وجود مستوى الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمستشفى الزهراوي بالمسيلة -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصمود النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين بمستشفى الزهراوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصمود النفسي لدى ممرضين العاملين بمستشفى الزهراوي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الاقدمية. تمت مناقشة النتائج وفقا للتراث النظري، والدراسات السابقة وتبقى نتائج هذه الدراسة محدودة بعينتها وادواتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصمود النفسي، الممرضين.

الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية The current study aimed to reveal the level of psychological resilience among nurses working at Al_ Zahrawi Hospital in the city of M’sila, and to know if there were differences in psychological resilience attributed to gender variables and years of seniority. To achieve the objectives of the study, the student used the psychological resilience level scale among nurses prepared by Connor Davidson and translated by Muhammad Issam Al- Tala’a (2016), and on a sample consisting of (60) male and female nurses who were selected in a simple random way, using the descriptive analytical method and after statistical processing using the statistical package, the following results were reached: -The presence of a level of psychological resilience among nurses working at Al- Zahrawi Hospital in M’sila. -There are statistically significant differences in the psychological resilience of nurses working in the hospital Al- Zahrawi attributed to gender variable. -There are statistically significant differences in the psychological resilience of nurses working at the hospital Al-Zahrawi attributed to gender variable to the years of antiquity. -Finally, the results were discussed according to the theoretical heritage and previous studies.
