Conception et Développement d’une Application Mobile et Web Intelligente d’Aide pour les Patients Atteints de Maladies Chroniques

Abstract

This thesis presents the design and development of an integrated mobile application and website dedicated to monitoring patients with chronic diseases : diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension and obesity. The system offers daily vital measurements recording, interactive graphical visualization, an intelligent medication reminder system, a medical appointment reminder system (with J-1 and H-1 automatic notifications), and professional PDF report generation on the client side. Built with Next.js 15 (integrated API Routes), React, MongoDB and Workbox (PWA); PDF generation uses jsPDF and jspdf-autotable.
