Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين سمةماوراءالمزاجوباستراتيجياتإدارةالغضبلدىأساتذةقسمعلمالنفسبجامةالمسيلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) أستاذ وأستاذة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة الحصرالشامل.كماتم تطبيق كل من مقياس سمة ما وراء المزاج علاء كفافي، فؤاد الدواش (2020)ومقياس التحكم في الغضب سليمة فرج محمد زوبي (2023)، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أسفرت النتائج عما يلي: توجدعلاقةارتباطيةدالةإحصائياطرديةبينسمةماوراءالمزاجواستراتيجياتإدارةالغضبقسمأساتذةعلمالنفسبجامعةمحمدبوضيافبالمسيلة توجدعلاقةارتباطيةذاتدلالةإحصائيةبينسمةماوراءالتقييمواستراتيجياتإدارةالغضبلدىأساتذةقسمعلمالنفسبجامعةمحمدبوضيافبالمسيلة توجدعلاقةارتباطيةذاتدلالةإحصائيةبينسمةماوراءالتنظيمواستراتيجياتإدارةالغضبلدىأساتذةقسمعلمالنفسبجامعةمحمدبوضيافبالمسيلة This study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between meta-mood traits and anger management strategies among the professors of the Department of Psychology at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila. To achieve the study's objectives, a correlational descriptive approach was employed, which is suitable for the nature of the topic. The study sample consisted of 60 professors, selected using a comprehensive sampling method. Both the Meta-Mood Scale by Alaa Kfafi and Fouad Dwaash (2020) and the Anger Management Scale by Salima Faraj Mohamed Zoubi (2023) were applied. After the statistical analysis of the data, the results revealed the following: There is a statistically significant positive correlation between meta-mood traits and anger management strategies among the professors of the Department of Psychology at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila. There is a statistically significant correlation between the meta-evaluation trait and anger management strategies among the professors of the Department of Psychology at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila. There is a statistically significant correlation between the meta-regulation trait and anger management strategies among the professors of the Department of Psychology at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila.
