Abstract

تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية من اهم الاستراتيجيات لترشيد الخدمة العمومية وقد تناولنا في دراستنا هذه "دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين خدمة المواطنين - دراسة حالة بلدية بوسعادة – والتي هدفت الى إزالة الغموض عن مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية ودورها في تحسين خدمة المواطنين انطلاقا من الإشكالية : إلى أي مدى ساهمت الإدارة الإلكترونية ببلدية بوسعادة في تحسين الخدمة العمومية؟ وقداعتمدناعلىمنهجدراسةحالةباعتبارهالمنهجالملائمبتوزيع استمارتي استبيان احداهما موجهة للجمهور الداخلي للبلدية وهم موظفي المصلحة البيومترية والأخرى للجمهور الخارجي للبلدية وهم المواطنين وبعد تحليل النتائج خلصنا الى النتائج التالية : التحول نحو الادارة الالكترونية كان نتيجة للتحولات التي مست الادارة خلال الالفية الاخيرة . نجاح الادارة الالكترونية في الجزائر مرتبط بتوفر العديد من المتطلبات. ان بلدية بوسعادة تقدم خدمات ذات جودة من خلال تطبيقها للادارة الالكترونية ا

E-management is one of the most important strategies for rationalizing the public service. In thisstudy, wediscussed the role of e-administration in improvingcitizens 'services, a study of the municipality of Bousaada, whichaimsatdemystifying the concept of electronic administration and itsrole in improving the citizens' service. E-governance in the Municipality of Busamah in improving the public service? We have relied on a case studymethodology as the appropriatemethod of distributingtwo questionnaires, one of whichisaddressed to the internal public of the municipality, namely the staff of the biometricdepartment, and the other to the external public of the municipality. Afteranalyzing the results, weconcluded the followingresults: - The shift towardselectronic management has been the result of the transformations that have taken place over the pastmillennium. - The success of electronic administration in Algeriaislinked to the availability of manyrequirements. - The Municipality of Busaadaprovidesquality services throughits application to electronic management administration.
