أثر البيئة المادية للخدمات الفندقية على رضا الزبون

Abstract

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة تأثير البيئة المادية للفندق على رضا العملاء، كما تعاملنا مع مفاهيم البيئة المادية ومحاولة تجسيد ذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية على الفنادق الجزائرية،وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للحصول على البيانات اللازمة، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة من العملاء المتعاملين مع الفنادق الجزائرية، ثم تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وتحليل النتائج وتفسيرها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعيةSPSS وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد البيئة المادية للفنادق الجزائرية على رضا الزبون

Summary The aim of this study is to know the impact of the hotel’s physical environment on customer satisfaction. We also dealt with the concepts of the physical environment and tried to embody that through a field study on Algerian hotels, relying on the questionnaire as a tool to obtain the necessary data, which was distributed to a sample of customers dealing with Algerian hotels. Then, statistical methods were used and the results were analyzed and interpreted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the physical environment of Algerian hotels on customer satisfaction.
