Abstract

The study aimed to identify mechanisms for improving the efficiency of human resources in the economic institution in Algeria through a field study at the coq Al-Hodhna Foundation in the municipality of Barhoum, M’Sila Province, where the study’s measurement tool, represented by a questionnaire, was used on a sample of 30 female employees in the institution. The results of the study concluded that the coq Foundation The nursery in Barhoum, M'Sila Province, trains its human resources to a moderate degree, in addition to training and motivating its human resources, but not to a sufficient extent and at the required level.
