Abstract

تتناول دراستنا ربورتاج مصور حول موضوع مشرف التربية كتجربة جديدة بالجزائر ساهمت في تدعيم المدارس الابتدائية ومدرسة الشهيد حريزي فرحات بالمسيلة كنموذج يوضح دور مشرف التربية داخل وخارج المؤسسة الابتدائية من خلال مجموعة من المقابلات والتصريحات التي تخدم الموضوع وكذا العديد من اللقطات المختلفة التي تتوافق مع نص التعليق الذي يتحدث عن المهام الجبارة للمشرف التربوي أثناء أداء واجبه المهني حرصا منه على السير الحسن للنظام المدرسي من خلال التعاون مع كل أطراف الفاعلة فمشرف التربية منذ استحداثه في المدارس الابتدائية ساهم بشكل كبير في تدعيم العملية التعليمية وتبنى العديد من المهام التي خففت الضغط على الفريق الإداري والتربوي على حد سواء. الكلمات المفتاحية: تحسين، دور، جبارة، تعاون، مشرف التربية. Summary Our study deals with illustrated reportage about the educational supervisor post as a new experience in Algeria that contributed in improving the primary school. Harizi Farhet primary school is taken as a model to spell out the role of the educational supervisor inside and outside the educational institution, through a set of interviews and statements that fits the topic, in addition to various shots which correspond to the text voice over talking about the great tasks of the educational supervisor during the working hours to ensure a proper function of the educational system, by collaborating with the educational staff Since the creation of the educational supervisor position in the primary schools, he\she has contributed greatly to enhance the educational process, and adopted many missions to reduce the burden on both of the administrative and educational staff.
