محددات دالة الإنتاج الفلاحي لولاية أم البواقي: دراسة مقطعية زمنية للفترة 2000-2016

Abstract

يقدم هذا المقال صياغة للدالة الإنتاج الفلاحي لولاية أم البواقي بالاعتماد على انحدار البانل (Panel-Data) للفترة 2000-2016. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن دالة الإنتاج الفلاحي لولاية أم البواقي تتبع نموذج تأثيرات ثابتة، كما تم التوصل إلى أن الإنتاج الفلاحي يتأثر معنويا بكل من قروض الاستغلال والعمالة الفلاحية فقط. ويمكن الاستفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة من قبل المصالح الفلاحية من خلال تركيز جهودها وتحويلها نحو هاتين القناتين لزيادة الإنتاج الفلاحي على المدى القريب. This article presents a formulation of the agricultural production function of Oum El-Bouaghi, based on a Panel-Data regression for the period 2000-2016. It has been concluded that theagricultural production function of Oum El-Bouaghi province follows a Fixed Effects Model, and it was concluded that the agricultural production is significantly affected only by exploitation loans and agricultural employment. The results of this study can be used by the Directorate of Agricultural Interests by concentrating their efforts and converting them towards these two channels to increase agricultural production in the short term. Cet article présente une formulation de la fonction de production agricole de wilaya d'om al-Bouaghi basée sur la régression Panel-Data pour la période 2000-2016. Il a été conclu que la fonction de production agricole de l'État d'Umm al-Bawaki suivait un modèle d'effets constants et que la production agricole était affectée de manière significative par les prêts à l'exploitation et à l'emploi dans l'agriculture uniquement. Les intérêts de l’agriculture peuvent utiliser les résultats de cette étude en concentrant leurs efforts et en les orientant vers ces deux canaux pour augmenter la production agricole à court terme.
