التوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجیه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني دراسة میدانیة بمقاطعة الحروش – سكیكدة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالیة الى الكشف عن مدى التوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجیه المدرسي والمهني لولایة سكیكدة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي، وتطبیق أداة معدلة من طرف الباحث وهو :مقیاس التوافق المهني، على عینة من اربعة وثلاثین ) ( 34مستشارا ومستشارة بمركز التوجیه المد رسي والمهني بسكیكدة ولتحلیل نتائج الدراسة تم استخدام النسب المئویة ومن أبرز نتائجها أن مستوى التوافق المهني كانت نتائجه مرتفعة لدى عینة البحث، مع عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة في مستوى التوافق المهني حسب متغیر الجنس، والتخصص، والخبرة ، فیما یتعلق بمحتوى الأسئلة 02 ، 04 ، 11 ، 14لكل الابعاد ، في حین نلمس وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة حسب نفس المتغیرات وتظهر في الإجابة على الأسئلة ، 06 ، 07 ، 08 ، 10 ، 05لجمیع الابعاد.The current study aims to reveal the extent of professional compatibility among a sample of school and vocational guidance counselors in the state of Skikda, using the descriptive analytical approach, and the application of a modified tool by the researcher, which is: the professional compatibility scale, on a sample of thirty-four (34) counselors at the School Guidance Center In Skikda, and to analyze the results of the study, percentages were used, and one of its most prominent results is that the level of compatibility with results was high in the research sample, with no statistically significant differences in the level of professional compatibility according to the variables of gender, specialization, and experience, with regard to the content of questions 14, 11, 04 , 02 for all dimensions, while we see that there are statistically significant differences according to the same variables and they appear in the answers to questions 05, 10, 08, 07, 06, for all dimensions.
