| dc.description.abstract | The recruitment policy of Algerian public companies creates many risks that threaten the achievement of global objectives. At this level, recruitment risk management plays a key role in preventing and fighting against recruitment failures and mistakes, and to do so, it must be an integral part of the overall strategy of the company.
